How can customers check-in?
Anyone with a valid mobile phone can checkin. We require customers to sign in using their mobile number before checking in. Guest check-ins that does not require sign-in is part of our future roadmap.
Are there any limits on the number of queues that can be created?
We limit the number of queues and organizations a user can create to a maximum of 5. This is to limit spam and malicious users. If you have a valid need to create more queues, please reach out to us using the contact form.
Are there any limits on the number of checkins allowed in a queue?
You can set the queue capacity up to maximum of 1000 check-ins at a time. New check-ins will not be allowed once this limit is reached and queue will reopen check-ins when existing checkins are served or cancelled.
Can I cancel and get refund at any time?
You can cancel any time by deleting or turning off your queues. However, all purchases done after the trial period are final and no refunds will be provided. You can still close your queues anytime.
